Save games (WIP), spikes, collision fixes

- Fixes some of the known bugs with player movement, tile collision, harpoons, etc (not all).
- Adds ability to save game for thumby (isn’t fully functional on web yet)
- Revises some rooms and adds new ones
- Adds a new upgrade to discover
- Decreases volume of simulated thumby to not be so deafening
- Fixes bug where game becomes unresponsive after dying
